Ingredients for red velvet brownies
1) Unsalted butter - 150 gm
2) Chocolate - 150 gm
3) Granulated sugar - 2 cups
4) 4 eggs
5) Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
6) Red food colour - 3 tsp
7) Refined flour - 1 1/2 cup
8) Salt - 1/2 tsp
9) Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Frosting for red velvet brownies
1) Hung curd - 800 gm
2) Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
3) Powdered sugar - 1/3 cup
4) Butter - 25 gm
Directions for making red velvet cream cheese brownies
1) Melt unsalted butter in a deep sauce pan and turn off the stove after melting of butter and melt chocolate also in the melted butter until it dissolves into the butter.
2) Transfer the chocolate and butter mixture in another bowl and let it cool down for sometime.
3) Then add granulated sugar in the chocolate mixture and mix it well.
4) Add 4 eggs one by one i.e. add one egg after each beating of egg and chocolate butter sugar mixture.
5) Put vanilla essence and red food colouring in the mixture and mix until it becomes perfect red colour.
6) Add refined flour, salt and baking soda in the mixture and fold all the ingredients with spatula until it combined.
7) Grease the tin with the butter and spread a parchment paper on it and grease the paper with butter also.
8) Transfer the brownies mixture in the tin and bake it in a preheated oven on 180°C or 350°F for 40 minutes and baking let it down cool for sometime.
9) Making of frosting
Take a bowl and put hung curd, vanilla essence, powdered sugar and butter in it.
Beat all the ingredients until it becomes a smooth mixture.
10) Transfer the brownie mixture in a wide plate and decorate the brownies with cream cheese frosting.
Cut the brownies into the small pieces and serves it to all.
