Ingredients for lemon muffin recipe
1) Flour - 2 cup
2) Baking powder - 2 tbsp
3) Salt - 3/4 tsp
4) Flour - 3 tbsp
5) Blueberries - 2 cup
6) Unsalted butter - 1/2 cup
7) Sugar - 1 cup
8) 1 lemon
9) 2 large eggs
10) Whole milk - 1/4 cup
Directions for making lemon muffins from scratch
1) Take a large bowl and put flour, baking powder and salt in it and mix it gently with a spoon.
2) Take another bowl and put flour and blueberries in it and Mix it with your fingers.
3) Now in and electric dough mixer put unsalted butter, sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice in the mixer bowl and mix until all the ingredients combined it in a smooth mixture.
4) In the smooth mixture put large eggs, slowly put the flour mix and add milk in the smooth mixture while mixing all the ingredients.
5) Put out the bowl from the eclectic mixer and then add the blueberries coated with flour in the mixture and gently fold all the ingredients until it combined.
6) Take a muffin tray and put I muffin cup in each slot and put a large scoop of muffin mixture in all the slots.
7) Bake the muffins in a preheated oven on 200°C or 375°C for 25 minutes.
8) After baking of muffins put all the ready muffins on cooling rack and serves it on the normal temperature.
