How to make Blueberry Muffins | Homemade | Blueberry Muffins Recipe

 

Moist blueberry muffins recipe is my best recipe. 

It is a buttery, soft and moist in texture while eating.

 You just need a bowl and few basic ingredients like blueberries, flour, sugar, vanilla essence and butter for the best blueberry muffin recipe.

 I have been making this recipe by using fresh or frozen blueberries.

I have been making this recipe for long time as I can remember it.

 I can say nothing is better than the blueberry muffins because it tastes sweet and full of flavours. 

I love this muffin recipe very much and I hope you all love my recipe.

Ingredients of Blueberry muffins recipe 

1) All purpose flour - 2 1/2 Cup (300 gm)

2) Salt - 3/4 tsp

3) Baking powder - 2 tsp

4) Whole milk - 1 cup (240 ml) 

5) Granulated sugar - 3/4 cup (150 g) 

6) Vanilla extract - 1 tsp

7) Melted butter - 1/4 cup

8) Sour cream or Yoghurt - 1/4 cup 

9) Vegetable oil - 1/4 cup

10) 2 eggs

11) Lemon juice - 1/4 cup

12) Blueberry - 200 g

         Crumbled Drizzle 

1) Sugar - 1/2 cup

2) Flour - 1/2 cup

3) Butter - 1/4 cup
 

Directions or Recipe of the blueberry muffins

 1) Take a bowl and whisk flour, salt and baking powder.

2) Take another bowl and put milk, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, melted butter, sour cream or yoghurt, vegetable oil and lemon juice then whisk properly all the wet ingredients with a spatula.

3) Take another bowl and put the blueberries in it and add 2 tbsp of the flour mixture from the top and mix both flour mixture and berries with hands. 

4) Now add the mixed wet ingredients in the flour mixture and mix all the ingredients gently with a spatula until it combined. Now add blueberries coated with flour in the mixture.

5) Take another bowl and put sugar, flour as butter in it. Mix the ingredients with hands until it becomes crumbled.

6) Per heat the oven on 400°F or 200°C. Take a muffin tray of 12 slots and put the muffin mixture in 11 slots only from a large scoop. Now in the 12th slot put water upto half of its height.
 
7) Drizzle the crumble mixture of flour, butter and sugar on the top of muffin mixture and bake it on 200°C or 400°F for 20 minutes.
  
  ( The water in the 12th slot will be vaporised and makes the muffins moist. )
