1) 2 bananas
2) Peanut butter - 1/3 cup
3) Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
4) Quick oats - 2 cup
5) Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
Directions for banana peanut butter oatmeal cookies
1) Take a bowl and properly mashed bananas in it with a fork.
2) Add peanut butter, vanilla extract in the mashed bananas and mix all the ingredients until it become smooth.
3) Then add quick oats and chocolate chips in the smooth mixture and mix until it combined.
4) Take a baking tray and spread a baking sheet on that tray and put the balls of the cookie mixture on the tray and slightly flattens all the balls with a spatula.
5) Bake the cookies in a preheated oven on 350°F or 180°C for 10 - 12 minutes until the cookies become brown.
Now serves the soft and crunchy cookies to all.
