Ingredients for chocolate banana brownies
1) Vegan butter - 1/3 cup
2) Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
3) Vegan chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
4) Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp
5) Flour - 2/3 cup
6) Sugar - 1/2 cup
7) Salt - 1/4 tsp
8) Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
9) 2 mashed ripe bananas
10) Chocolate chips - 1/4 cup
Directions for making banana chocolate brownies
1) Take a sauce pan and melt vegan butter, cocoa powder and chocolate chips in it.
2) After melting the ingredients turn off the stove and add vanilla extract in it.
Let the mixture cool down for 5 minutes.
3) Take a large bowl and put flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, mashed ripe bananas and chocolate chips in it and gently stir all the ingredients.
4) Put the mixture in the chocolate and butter mixture.
Fold all the ingredients until it become a smooth brownie mixture.
5) Grease the baking pan and pour all the brownie mixture and spread the mixture to the corners of the pan also.
6) Bake it on 350°F or 180°C for 26 - 28 minutes in a preheated oven. After baking let it cool down for 10 minutes.
7) For serving
First cut around the edges in the baking pan and cut the brownies into small pieces.
