The veggies and the scrambled eggs makes it a tasty and easy recipe.

This can be prepared under 30 minutes with few ingredients and with few bowls.

It is a quick recipe when your husband and your kids are so hungry.

The smell of the fried rice makes your mouth watery. It is full of flavour also.

You can use only cold leftover rice for it because it is the best for the fried rice.

If you use the just ready rice it will become so wet and mushy while frying.

Ingredients for the egg fried rice

               Scrambled eggs

1) Cooking oil - 1 tbsp

2) 5 eggs 

3) Salt - to taste

4) Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp

                 Fried rice

1) Cooking oil - 2 tbsp

2) Chopped garlic - 1 tsp

3) 1 chopped onion 

4) 1 chopped carrot 

5) 5 chopped beans

6) Handful of grated cauliflower

7) 1/2 capsicum

8) Leftover cooked basmati rice - 200 gm

9) Soy sauce - 1 tsp

10) Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

11) Some salt

                For garnishing

1) Spring onion

Directions for making egg fried rice

1) Take a deep fry pan and put 1 tbsp oil, break five eggs in it and also add salt, black pepper powder and make all the ingredients to scrambled eggs.

2) Put out all scrambled eggs from the pan and set aside in a bowl.

3) Now again heat the same deep frying pan and put chopped garlic, chopped onion in the pan and saute it well.

4) Now put the chopped carrot, chopped beans, chopped capsicum and handful of grated cauliflower in the deep frying pan.

5) Saute all the ingredients for 2 - 3 minutes on high heat.

6) Now put the leftover cooked basmati rice in the fried veggies and also add scrambled eggs on the top of it.

7) From the top put soy sauce, black pepper powder, white pepper powder, salt and chopped spring onions on all the ingredients.

8) Fold all the ingredients with a spatula and cook it for 2 - 3 minutes on high temperature. After 2 - 3 minutes of frying switch off the flame.

9) Now serves the egg fried rice beautifully in a large platter with a spoon.
