How to make apple pie from scratch | Best apple pie recipe in the world

It is often served with ice cream, whipped cream or cheddar cheese.

Delicious apple pie is one of my favorite recipe and many people also love to eat apple pie as a snack. 

It is sweet, crispy and full of delicious apples makes it my favorite recipe. 

This is a great recipe because if the flaky crust and the apple filling.

  Ingredients for the best apple pie recipe 

               For dough

1) Flour - 2 1/2 cup

2) Salt - 1 tsp

3) Butter chunks - 1 1/2 cup

4) Water - 8 tbsp

             For pie filling

1) 1 kg apples

2) Sugar - 3/4 cup

3) Flour - 2 tbsp

4) Salt - 1/2 tsp

5) Cinnamon powder - 1 tsp

6) Nutmeg powder - 1/4 tsp

7) 1/2 lemon juice 

        For greasing the top

1) Liquid butter 

2) Sugar - 1 tbsp

 Directions for how to make beat apple pie

1) Take a large bowl and put flour, salt, butter chunks in it and just crumbled all the ingredients and put water in the mixture in the small amount while mixing the flour. Knead it properly also. 

2) Cling wrap this dough and refrigerate it for 1 hour. 

3) Then peel 1 kg apples and cut into small pieces and put it in the another bowl. 

Then add sugar, flour, salt, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder and half lemon juice in the apples.

 Mix all the ingredients with a spatula.

4) First cut the whole dough in two halves and rolled both halves with a rolling pin.

5) Now take a pie platter and spread one rolled dough in on the platter and pour all the apple filling on the rolled dough and cover the filling with the second rolled dough.

6) Removed the excessed dough from the edges and seal the edges properly.

7) Grease the top with liquid butters and sugar and cut a cross into the centre of the pie. 

8) Bake the pie in a preheated oven on 375°F or 200°C for 50 - 60 minutes. 
9) Serve the apple pie in small triangles with ice cream on the top.
