No yeast pizza dough is tender, fluffy and soft in texture.
I made this recipe after trying for many a times.

Ingredients for yeastless pizza dough
1) Plain flour - 2 cup
2) Curd - 1/2 cup
3) Salt - Pinch of it
4) Sugar - 2 tsp
5) Baking powder - 1 tsp
6) Baking soda - 1 tsp
7) Olive oil - 1/4 cup
8) Plain flour - For dusting
9) Olive oil - 1 tbsp - For greasing
Directions for yeast free pizza dough
1) Seive plain flour in the bowl and make some space between the flour in the bowl and add salt, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, olive oil and curd.
2) Knead the mixture until it combined. For binding, use some few water in it.
3) Dust some flour on the kitchen slab where you knead the dough and after dusting flour knead the dough properly with your hands for sometime.
4) Grease the bowl with olive oil and make a ball of dough and put the ball in the greased bowl. Now grease the dough with olive oil also.
5) Cover the bowl with a wet cloth and let the dough ferment it for 4 - 5 hours.
6) After 4 - 5 hours, cling the bowl with cling wrap and kept it in the fridge for 24 hours. Now your yeast free pizza dough is ready.
