Ingredients for overload chocolate cake recipe
Cake base
1) All purpose flour - 1 & 1/2 cup
2) Cocoa powder - 1 cup
3) Salt - 1/2 tsp
4) Baking powder - 1 tsp
5) Baking soda - 1 tsp
6) Sugar - 2 & 1/2 cup
7) Vegetable oil - 3/4 cup
8) 3 eggs
9) Vanilla essence - 3 tsp
10) Milk - 1 & 1/2 cup
11) Hot water - 1 & 1/2 cup
Decorating ingredients
1) Melted chocolate - 10 - 12 tbsp
2) Chocolate ganache - 6 tbsp
3) Whipped cream - 1 cup
4) Diluted sugar syrup - 6 tbsp
5) 5 oreos biscuit
6) 4 thick choclate bars
7) 3 choclate cream biscuits
8) Milk choclate pieces
9) Grated choclate - 4 tbsp
Directions for making overload chocolate cake
1) Take a big bowl and add purpose flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, baking powder and sugar. Mix all the dry ingredients gently.
2) Add vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla essence, milk in the dry ingredients.
Mix all the dry and wet ingredients until combined.
3) Add hot water in the mixture and mix gently.
4) Grease the three cake tins with butter or any greasing agent and transfer the mixture into the tins upto the 3/4th height of tins.
5) Preheat the oven for 180°C or 356°F and bake the cake for 40 minutes on 180°C or 356°F in the oven.
6) Put out the cakes from the oven and transfer the cake on serving plate and sliced the top bulging out portion of all the three cakes.
7) Take a cake decorating turntable and put the first cut down cake on it and fill 2 tbsp diluted sugar syrup in the cake.
8) Now covered this first cake with whipped cream from the top and flattens the cream with the decorating knife.
9) Now add chocolate ganache on the whipped cream and flattens it with the decorating knife.
10) Repeat this process until we cover all the three cakes with whipped cream and chocolate ganache.
11) After this easy step cover the top as well as the sides of chocolate cake the whipped cream.
12) Now covered the top portion of the cake with melted chocolate and spread it to all the top portion of cake. And also made a falling effect on the side of chocolate cake.
13) Put the grated chocolate on the melted chocolate and give it a little press with the fingers or with the decorating knife.
14) Now sneak up all the decorating ingredients on the top and sides of the chocolate cake like thick chocolate bars, small pieces of milk chocolate, oreo buiscits and chocolate cream buiscits.
Now serves the slices of overload chocolate cake with a nice smile.
