Blueberry banana muffins is made up of the mixture of flour, sugar, banana and blueberry and then baked in the microwave.

 Ingredients of heathy banana muffins recipe 

1) 3 bananas

2) 1 egg

3) Sugar - 3/4 cup

4) Butter - 1/3 cup

5) Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

6) Fresh blueberry - 1 cup

7) Flour - 1/2 cup

8) Salt - 1/2 tsp

9) Baking powder - 1 tsp

10) Baking soda - 1 tsp

Directions of banana blueberry muffins recipe

1) Put bananas in the the big bowl and mash the bananas properly.

 2) Break one egg in the bowl and whisk it properly.

3) Now add sugar and then the whisked egg in the mashed bananas. 

4) Add butter, vanilla essence and fresh blueberries in the banana mixture and mix all the ingredients until it combined.

5) Take another bowl and put flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda in it and mix it well. 

6) Now slowly put the flour mixture in the wet ingredients mixture and mix everything gently until it combined.

7) Now grease the muffin tray and put a big scoop of muffin mixture in all the slots. 

8) Drizzle a pinch of sugar on the top of the muffin mixture.

9) Per heat the microwave on 375°F or 190°C.

10) Bake the muffins on 375°F or 190°C on 20 minutes in the microwave.
