Ingredients for banana pancakes recipe
1) 3 bananas
2) Sugar - 1/2 cup
3) Milk - 1/2 cup
4) 2 eggs
5) Salt - As needed
6) All purpose flour - 1 1/2 cup
7) Baking powder - 1 tsp
8) Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Directions for making banana pancakes
1) Put bananas, sugar, milk, eggs and salt in the juicer grinder and grind all the ingredients until it becomes a smooth mixture.
2) Take a bowl and seive the flour in the bowl and add baking powder in the flour.
3) Add half of the banana mixture in the flour and mix it well.
Then add the rest of the banana mixture in it and mix it well.
4) Put vanilla essence in the banana and flour mixture and mix until it get perfect consistency.
5) Heat a pan on low heat and put a cup of pancake mixture on it and then cook one side of pancake for 2 minutes and flip the pancake and cook another side for 2 minutes.
6) Serve pancakes with butter on the top of it.
